Cure for curling vinyl.

When water gets under the sheet vinyl along the edge of a shower or tub and the vinyl starts to curl, no amount of caulk can hide the problem. But here's an easy fix that also looks great. Buy a solid-surface threshold strip (Corian is one brand available) at a home center or tile shop. They're available in various lengths and thicknesses; the one shown is 1/2 in. thick. The solid-surface material cuts like wood so you can use a handsaw or miter saw to cut the piece to the right length. Photos 1 - 3 show how to complete the repair.
