Cup more a priority this year.

NEIL YOUNG has urged Chester FC to get back on track by beating Gateshead in the FA Cup to give themselves a chance of facing "the big boys". Young's side welcome CHESTER v GATESHEAD TODAY, 3PM their Conference rivals to the Deva Stadium today for a fourth qualifying-round tie (3pm). Winners will not only pocket PS12,500 in prize money but also be in the hat for the first round proper, in which sides from League One and League Two enter the competition. Young has hinted that he is ready to make changes to the starting 11 for today's cup tie. "The FA Cup is always important to us but it has become more of a priority this season," said Young. "The financial situation at the club means that the money on offer is really important and this season we are just one win away from getting a tie against a Football League club. "We are potentially 90 minutes from drawing one of the big boys and that is the main thing for me."
