Culture Amp Announces Linkage Analysis For Better People Analytics.
SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Culture Amp has announced it's the first realtime people analytics platform to provide automated linkage analysis.
The platform's linkage analysis engine typically takes data from a company's engagement survey and explores linked data from exit surveys to provide a retention report, giving a company insight into why people may have left. There are a number of other reports that can be generated within the platform using data across Culture Amp's other survey offerings, for example, developing a profile of what leads to an engaged employee using onboarding data.
Culture Amp is the only company that offers onboarding, exit and manager surveys, that can all be analyzed alongside its engagement survey.
Culture Amp CEO Didier Elzinga said the company was excited to offer linkage analysis to companies, allowing them to get even deeper insight into issues such as retention and engagement.

Culture Amp has already been working with a number of companies using linkage analysis, such as Box and Yelp.
The announcement comes shortly after Culture Amp appointed David Ostberg (PhD) as Director of Data & Insights Strategy to its San Francisco office, solidifying its Data & Insights team as one of the most qualified in the industry. He joins Chief Scientist Jason McPherson (PhD), Data and Insights Strategists Steven Huang and Chloe Hamman, and Data Scientist Buddhi Jayatilleke (PhD).
Elzinga said that linkage analysis was just one of many advanced data and insight offerings the company will be announcing in the upcoming months.
