Cucumber flowers.

These fun-to-make snacks are cool, creamy, and delicious Ask an adult to help you.
You Will Need:

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
Lowfat cream cheese (plain or fruit flavored)
Dried fruit (raisins, apricots, pineapple), cut into small pieces
Sunflower seeds, optional
Red or green grapes, washed and cut in half


1. Wash your hands.

2. Blot cucumber rounds on a paper towel to remove
moisture. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on
each one.

3. Arrange dried fruit pieces around the edge of the cucumber,
pressing them into the cream cheese. These are the "petals."

4. Place sunflower seeds between the fruit petals to make
smaller petals.

5. Press half a grape into the center of each flower. Chill
and serve.
