AFTER raising their family in this five-bedroomed detached home for the past 23 years, Kath and Will Norris are now seeking to relocate.

The couple, shown left, of Butterley Lane, New Mill, have enjoyed the nearby countryside and the house's proximity to local facilities.

"We have three children, and as they have grown up, we've known that the time would come when we would move,'' said Will.

"Two of my children have now fully left home and the third is in their fifth year of a six-year medicine degree.

"We always had a vision that once the children had fledged, the size of the house would be more suitable for a growing family and that we would probably relocate to the Lake District."
