Budget Car Rental Adds More Than 200 Locations in Europe More than 200 Budget Car Rental facilities have just opened in Europe, helping to cement their presence on the continent a where they now have established over 400 locations in less than two years. In a statement from Budget, the company announced that it has built and opened 208 new locations in France as part of an agreement with French rental company Rent A Car. Some of the new marquee locations include Paris, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.
