It could be the world's most eco-friendly catamaran. The Plastiki is a catamaran whose deck, cabin, hulls holds, hatches and sails are made from repurposed plastic bottles held together with cashew nut glue. Cruise West Cruise West has added three additional Galpagos Island departures in 2011 for total of five voyages. Those who pay in full by April 30 can save up to USD600 per person.
