CruiseCam International Retains New Transfer Agent.

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- CruiseCam International (Pink Sheets:CCMJ) announced today that it has hired Island Capital Management of St. Petersburg, Florida as its new transfer agent of record.

Island Capital Management offers CruiseCam a number of shareholder relations advantages, including restored Ameritrade trading capabilities and enhanced technological capabilities.

CruiseCam International CEO Scott Watkins said, "As we continue to commercialize our proprietary camera mount and recording systems, we are also implementing a number of key corporate initiatives that will ensure consistent and clear shareholder communications. As part of the process, we have selected Island Capital Management to ensure a successful relationship with the securities and financial communities."

Final completion for the transfer agent change will take approximately four to six weeks.
