Crisp and secure printing.

The Infoprint Color 1534 uses its default 1,200 x 600 dpi resolution and 4 bits per dot to create a simulated 4,800-dpi image. Two of the four bits are used to adjust dot size, and the other two bits are used to adjust dot shape. The combined technology of 4,800-dpi color quality and advanced toner formulas can yield smooth color transitions, crisp text and sharp images for office documents and professional marketing materials. The ImageQuick function allows forms and critical documents to be stored on a Web site or server and then printed when needed. With wireless connectivity, the printers can be placed where they are needed and easily moved to new locations without the hassle of installing new cables. Confidential access to sensitive documents can be implemented through new secure print features that can hold the document on the device until the end-user enters a personal identification number.--IBM rsleads.com/601cn-317
