Criminals line lands Sean in judge's dock.

Byline: PAT FLANAGAN

THERE were red faces at RTE yesterday after Sean O'Rourke read out a Fun Lovin' Criminals lyric after an interview with a judge.

Justice Barry White has handed down many life sentences but until yesterday had not been credited with repairing a marriage.

Listeners couldn't believe their ears when the broadcaster read out a Tweet from a listener claiming: "Barry White saved my life and got me back with my ex-wife."

He tweeted the wellknown line as a joke as the newly-retired judge shares the same name as the subject, the late soul legend Barry White.

But the tweet wasn't filtered out and was passed on to O'Rourke who read it out deadpan live on air.

The broadcaster soon saw the funny side and apologised for the gaffe.
