Crescent Industries is an employee-owned custom injection molder providing an integrated single source solution for your next medical device project. Crescent injection molds a comprehensive range of engineering and commodity resins to manufacture plastic components for the medical, pharmaceutical and dental industries. With the use of automation, state-of-the art equipment and scientific injection molding procedures, they are committed to producing high quality components for their customers. They are FDA Registered, ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008 certified.


Class I, II & III disposable medical devices which include medical device housings, surgical implants, implantables, emergency room product, fluid delivery devices, fluid delivery containers, cardiac products, blood delivery housings, centrifuges, in-vitro diagnostics, cardiovascular, fixation devices, prenatal care, CT & MR products, gastro products, women's health care products, optical grade lenses and dental products.


To provide their customers with an integrated single source solution, they start with Design & Development solutions which include 3D printing, 2D and 3D part design models, 2D and 3D mold design models, 3D mold fill simulation and material selection. Their engineers design parts and molds for manufacturability and consistency.

All of their new injection mold builds follow the SPI Class 101-103 guidelines in a variety of sizes and configurations.

Crescent provides several plastic injection molding services, either in their ISO 8 Clean room or in their general molding facility, which include over molding, insert molding and family molding. They operate both horizontal and vertical/vertical injection molding machines applying scientific and decoupled injection molding principles to establish their molding process. Utilizing automation, end of arm tooling and robots to increase speed, precision and flexibility.

Because of the critical importantance of medical plastic components, Crescent offers process validation including IQ, OQ, PQ to help prevent product from being manufactured that does not meet customers' specifications.

Crescent also manufactures Swiss screw machined components either to be insert molded or as finished product. Along with offering several post molding operations either in the ISO 7 clean room or general facility to help complete your project.
