Creepy crawly capers; Time Off The family entertainment guide.

IT'S Creepy Crawly Week at World Museum Liverpool from this Saturday, with a host of special events in support of National Insect Week.

It will be going bug crazy with creepy crawly fun for all the family.

Here are some of the highlights ... All day, every day you can fly around the museum on an Insect Trail and learn more about the biggest and strongest insects. Look out for Charlie Cockroach to help you find the answers.

June 23, 24, 30, 31: 11am - 12noon and June 25, 26, 27, 28, 29: 1-2pm, get up close and personal with a whole range of live insects, spiders and scorpions. Expert demonstrators will talk about the live specimens from the insectory.

June 23&24, 12:30 - 1pm; June 30&31 June: 12:30 - 2pm - Creepy Crawly Tours. Go behind the scenes, meet a curator and see some of the one million entomology specimens at World Museum, left. Butterflies, bees, bugs, beetles and much more (collect free tickets on the day).

June 23, 24, 30, July 1 - 11am - 3pm: Meet Charlie Cockroach.

30 June: 1 - 4pm. Bees and Beekeeping. Bees make the world go round, but they're under serious threat.
