Credit Corp. leases 23,870 sq. ft.

Copelco Credit Corporation has leased 23,870 square feet of office space at NUS Corporate Plaza in Park Ridge, New Jersey, it was announced by Thomas V. Bermingham, Executive Director of Edward S. Gordon Company of New Jersey, exclusive leasing agent for the property.

ESG/NJ's Jeffrey Babikian negotiated the transaction on behalf of the owner of the 139,000 square-foot Class A + facility.

Copelco will relocate from Upper Saddle River, New Jersey this month, according to Mr. Babikian. "NUS Corporate Plaza was able to provide this tenant with the expansion space it required as well as the full range of amenities sought," he said.

The building features a full-height, three-story atrium, a full-service cafeteria that overlooks a pond and beautifully landscaped grounds. A conference area cantilevered over the second floor provides spectacular views of the surrounding area which is only one-half mile from Exits 171 and 172 of the Garden State Parkway and adjacent to the Park Ridge Marriott, a full-service, luxury hotel.

The building's tenant roster includes International Paper as well as the owner, National Utilities Service. Corporate neighbors include the headquarters of the Hertz Corporation and Sony.
