Court clamp on yob of 15.
Byline: ANDY RUDDA BOY of 15 was named and shamed yesterday as a vile yob who conducted a two-year terror campaign against a town's residents.
During that time shaven-headed James Hookey attacked a mother in front of her young daughter and threatened to shoot a security guard and firebomb a house.
Yesterday Hookey, barely 5ft tall, was banned from areas of Slough, Berks, and ordered to stay away from a local school and the prestigious Stoke Poges golf club, where he caused more than pounds 50,000 of damage.
Magistrates at Newbury gave the tearaway an Anti-Social Behaviour Order and were so shocked by his behaviour they stripped him of his anonymity. Imposing the ban, which carries a possible five-year jail term if broken, they said Hookey, of Slough, had caused "harassment, alarm and distress."
