Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico (GAP) (NYSE: PAC) (BMV: GAP) announced yesterday that on 14 October 2010 it was summoned to appear in a proceeding in ordinary mercantile court by Grupo Mexico and Infraestructura y Transportes de Mexico.

The summons is because Grupo Mexico and Infraestructura y Transportes de Mexico claim that some of GAP's Corporate By-Laws are void.

The proceedings refer to the ownership position that Grupo Mexico announced it holds in GAP, which is more than the 10% permitted under GAP's Corporate By-Laws.
