The following information was obtained from the Perry County courthouse. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

Felonies

* Virginia Melton, Pinckneyville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Timothy Foutch, Pinckneyville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypo/syringe needles.

Closed felonies

* Ashley Rice, Pinckneyville, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 24 days in the Perry County Jail to be followed by 24 months of probation. She was ordered to pay $2,600 in total fines and fees.

* Bryce McCutcheon, McClure, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to eight days in the Perry County Jail to be followed by 24 months probation, and was ordered to pay $2,600 in fines and fees.

Misdemeanors

* Troy Doss, Pinckneyville, was charged with retail theft of less than $300.

* Robert Mayberry, Pinckneyville, was charged with criminal trespass to vehicles.

* Wyatt Morrison, Pinckneyville, was charged with possession of cannabis between 30-100 grams.
