Court In Brief.

A TEENAGER has been sentenced for possession of cocaine - a Class A drug - and failing to provide a specimen of breath.

Adam Carter, aged 19, of Acacia Crescent, Bedworth, was given a community order for 12 months, banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to forfeit the drug.

Other cases heard by Coventry magistrates on June 26 included:

Stephen James Clements, aged 54, of Jardine Crescent, Tile Hill, Coventry, conduct causing a breach of the peace, bound over for six months.

Susan Elizabeth Paton, aged 40, of no fixed address, conduct causing a breach of the peace, bound over for six months.

Aime Nestori Bihizi, aged 32, of Alison Square, Longford, Coventry, driving while disqualified and using a vehicle without insurance, community order for 12 months.

Caire Marie Harborne, aged 33, of Duke Barnfield, Stoke Heath, Coventry, using a vehicle without insurance and failing to produce a certificate of insurance, fined pounds 250.

Ronald Henry Martin, aged 53, of Hayton Green Canley, Coventry, driving with excess alcohol, fined pounds 200, banned from driving for 16 months and a drink-drive course accepted.

Joseph Austin Squire, aged 27, of George Robertson Close, Binley, Coventry, driving with an incorrect licence, failing to produce a licence, using a vehicle without insurance, failing to produce a certificate of insurance and using a vehicle without a test certificate, fined pounds 500.

Friad Rehim Abdel, aged 27, of Nelson Street, Hillfields, Coventry, driving with an incorrect licence, using a vehicle without insurance, failing to produce a certificate of insurance, using a vehicle without a test certificate and failing to produce a test certificate, fined pounds 400.

Jamal Ali, aged 31, of Leicester Road, Bedworth, driving with an incorrect licence, failing to produce a licence, using a vehicle without insurance, failing to produce a certificate of insurance, using a vehicle without a test certificate and failing to produce a test certificate, fined pounds 400.

Osayuwamen Randell Asemota, aged 20, of Richmond Street, Stoke, Coventry, driving with an incorrect licence, failing to produce a licence, using a vehicle without insurance, failing to produce a certificate of insurance and using a vehicle without a test certificate, fined pounds 300.

Vishat Nahar, aged 22, of Binley Road, Binley, Coventry, using a vehicle without insurance and failing to produce a certificate of insurance, fined pounds 250.

Michelle Carole Bland, aged 32, of Hampton Road, Foleshill, Coventry, seven counts of failing to comply with a community order and theft to the value of pounds 94.93, 32 weeks imprisonment suspended for 18 weeks.

Makadi Mulambela, aged 20, of Middleborough Road, Radford, Coventry, driving with an incorrect licence and using a vehicle without insurance, fined pounds 400.

Maria Barros, aged 37, of Burnaby Road, Radford, Coventry, driving with excess alcohol, fined pounds 150, banned from driving for 12 months, and a drink-drive course accepted.

Wayne Daniel Gwynne, aged 19, of Honiton Road, Wyken, Coventry, possession of cocaine, a class A controlled drug, and two breaches of a conditional discharge, fined pounds 100.

Matthew Charles Kendall, aged 20, of Doone Close, Wyken, Coventry, damaging property to value unknown, ordered to pay pounds 426 compensation.

Ashleigh Louise Maughan, aged 21, of Biart Place, Rugby, receiving stolen goods, conditional discharge for one year.

James William O'Farrell, aged 28, of Strawberry Walk, Wood End, Coventry, driving with an incorrect licence and using a vehicle without insurance, fined pounds 275.

Victor John Ozols, aged 36, of Henley Road, Henley Green, theft to the value of pounds 53.97 and breach of a conditional discharge, eight weeks imprisonment suspended for 12 months.

Tomasz Dapkiewicz, aged 38, of Brooklyn Road, Foleshill, Coventry, three counts of failing to comply with a community order, community order to continue with extra 40 hours imposed.

Surinder Kumar Kapoor, aged 32, of Bruce Road, Radford, Coventry, three counts of failing to comply with a community order, community order to continue with extra 40 hours imposed.

John Lindsay Goodreid, aged 37, of Ventnor Close, Wyken, Coventry, possession of crack cocaine, a class A controlled drug and breach of a conditional discharge, community order for 12 months and ordered to forfeit the drug.

Brian Zulu, aged 29, of Chepstowe Close, Willenhall, Coventry, theft to the value of pounds 15, community order for 12 months.

Christine Patricia Reid, aged 38, of Jasmine Grove, Stoke Aldermoor, Coventry, theft to the value of pounds 19.99, conditional discharge for 12 months.
