* 17-4PH stainless steel

* double torque capacity

Suited for applications requiring high strength, fatigue resistance and torsional stiffness, 17-4PH stainless steel couplings double the torque capacity of comparable 303 stainless and 7075-T6 aluminum beam couplings. The H and W series are suited for general-purpose heavy-duty use. The MC series offers even higher torque capacity and torsional stiffness with two sets of flexures for increased parallel offset, for applications where absolute reliability is required. All three series include configurations with reliefs, and set-screw or integral clamp attachments with inch or metric bores. They are capable of transmitting torque through 5 degrees if required, and can operate in temperatures up to 600[degrees]F. H series accommodates shaft sizes from 0.059 to 0.75 in., the MC series from 0.156 to 1.75 in. and the W (metric) series from 3 to 20 mm.
