Countrywide Home Loans welcomes new team members.

Josh Zandstra is the new branch manager for the Bellingham's office for Countrywide Home Loans. The Bellingham High School graduate has surpassed $100 million in residential loans during his career. Zandstra oversees Countrywide's Bellingham office and assists clients in obtaining residential loans for purchases, refinances, new construction and home equity lines of credit.

Countrywide's Bellingham office also added two home loan consultants, Tom Mathewson and Tony Lalonde, and production coordinator Amy Ritz.

Mathewson has more than 16 years of experience in serving home buyers and contractors.

Lalonde entered the home-mortgage sector last year after 10 years in sales.

Ritz provides efficient processing and support for customers obtaining home loans.
