II.2.4)Description of the procurement

Denbighshire County Council Housing Services department are seeking to appoint 5 contractors on to a framework agreement for the works described in the tender document. The project will be delivered in 3 phases. The scope of works required for Phase 1 will be as follows.

Replacement of existing roof coverings, fascias, soffits, bargeboards and rainwater goods, re-rendering of external wall elevations, remedial repairs to roof timbers and masonry, replacement entrance canopies and porches, and environmental improvements such as fencing and external paving. The requirement for Phases 2 and 3 will be of a similar scope but may differ dependent on the property type.

Bidders should note that the supplier ranked in first position following the evaluation will be awarded the first phase of the project, and Phases 2 and 3 will be subject to a further competition under the framework. The framework will last for a period not exceeding 4 years from the date of award.

The Authority will evaluate the financial stability of your organisation using the Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) Financial Supplier Portfolio Manager and the following methodology.
