In a Jan. 28 story, Community College Week incorrectly reported the source of a $14,000 grant to Massachusetts Bay Community College to improve the academic readiness of local high school students interested in early childhood education careers. The grant came from the Middlesex Savings Charitable Foundation.

Also, in captions that ran with a March 10 story on community college newspapers, Community College Week misidentified the name of the student newspaper at Cedar Valley College. It is the Cedar Valley Times. Additionally, it was implied that a photo of a Web site that ran with the story belonged to the Cedar Valley Times. The Web site shown in fact belonged to the Cedar Falls Times.
