Jacobsen Entertainment entered voluntary administration after its shares were suspended on the Australian Stock Exchange for not reporting its financial results for the last fiscal yean The company is being run by administrators KordaMentha while it tries to restructure. Jacobsen execs describe this as "a precautionary measure to assist the company to work through the current period." Information in the Oct. 13-19 edition erroneously indicated the company had filed for bankruptcy.
A federal court denied Fox News Channel's request for an injunction against Al Franken over the phrase "fair and balanced" in August. Fox subsequently dropped its lawsuit against the author. Into was incorrect in the Oct. 12-18 edition.
