Corrections & amplifications.
In the eB2B in LTC supplement to our November 2000 issue, the articles "Online strategies: e. i? oh!" (page 7) and "Online marketing: To market, to market" (page 10) refer to an online purchasing conglomerate, a joint-venture including Marriott, Hyatt, and ClubCorp. After the supplement went to press, Marriott announced that Bass Hotels & Resorts has joined the Internet-enabled business-to-business hospitality procurement company. The new company, named Avendra, will be formally launched by the end of the year and have regional offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, and other key markets.
