Corporate reporting.

Corporate accounting and financial executives who rely on CCH's Accounting Research Manager (ARM) now can gain access to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC's) EDGAR filing detail through the latest ARM enhancement--10-K Lookup, made possible through a licensing agreement with 10-K Wizard.

ARM is the premier research database of accounting, auditing, SEC and governmental authoritative literature and interpretive guidance offered by CCH Tax and Accounting (CCH), a provider of tax and accounting information, software and services.

10-K Lookup is a Web-based service available through ARM's Audit Public and Standard product versions, which is used by accountants, financial reporting professionals and corporate financial officers. Because 10-K Lookup is easy to use and offers advanced full-text search functionality, CCH says, it can be employed by novices and experts alike to quickly find valuable information within SEC EDGAR filings, such as detail on financial statements; management's discussion and analysis (MD & A); legal and financial agreements; financial data; director and executives, insider transactions, and SEC news.

Among 10-K Lookup features:

Comprehensive data sets -- All SEC EDGAR filings, current and historic filings dating back to 1994 are available; this includes access to 400-plus electronically filed forms, international filers and notices of paper submissions. Also included in the collection is the historical index of pre-EDGAR and paper filings dating back to 1966.

Real-time SEC EDGAR filing postings -- Filings are fully indexed and posted within seconds of having been filed with the SEC, ready for full-text searching.

Searchable sections of Form 10-K -- Full-text searching within sections of a Form 10-K enables pinpoint accuracy in finding relevant disclosures.

Full-text searching -- Use powerful keyword and Boolean search operators in combination with advanced search criteria, such as 300+ industry sectors and six geographic parameters. Results are displayed with convenient links to associated financial statements, exhibits, MD & A, audit reports and Sarbanes-Oxley certification letters.

Flexible print formats -- Filings can be printed or saved in PDF, Microsoft Word or HTML.
