Company description: TriStar is a Las Vegas-based airline offering quality jet service to various markets in western states. Flight service includes daily non-stop flights from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and San Francisco and the only all jet service to the Grand Canyon. TriStar offers daily non-stop jet service between Eugene, Ore., and Los Angeles and direct through service to Las Vegas and daily non-stop service between Eugene and Reno. TriStar also offers seasonal service to Aspen direct from Los Angeles and direct through from Las Vegas.
TriStar Airlines is a privately held corporation with an experienced senior management staff boasting a combined 120 years of experience in the airline industry. Executive officers include: Donald P. Martin, president and chief operating officer; Gary R. Dumas, vice president of Finance and Administration; William J. Ruester, vice president of Flight Operations; Leigh Kimball, vice president of Sales and Marketing; Charles E. Gebhardt, director of Maintenance; Tom Ostendorp, director of Quality Assurance.
TriStar Airlines is an FAA 121 certified carrier and currently employs 160 people.
The TriStar fleet consists of four British Aerospace 146 four engine jets. Fuel efficient, the BAE 146s are considered good neighbors maintaining high standards for noise reduction.
Customer service features include convenient ticket counter and gate positions in the main terminals at the Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Francisco international airports; pre-assigned, comfortable seating; multi-lingual airport staff and flight attendants; and complimentary beverage and snack service.
TriStar is able to offer convenient connections for international passengers through interline agreements with a growing list of international carriers.
TriStar provides the only daily scheduled jet service to the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas. Features include curbside check-in; assigned seating; multi-lingual flight attendants; comfortable, contoured seats, and pre-packaged tours offering portal-to-portal service aboard a modern motor coach.
TriStar's fleet of BAE 146 aircraft provide unique operating capabilities for charter service to destinations not otherwise serviced by jets. Charter clients include Caesar's Palace, Mirage Resorts, Sysco Corporation and others.
TriStar reservations are available on the Sabre System and all major CRS systems. TriStar offers full commissions to travel agents with bonus incentives.
