Corporals in nightie joke deny sick sex assault.
A court martial heard the 21-year-old was assaulted by two corporals.
They called her into their bedroom and ordered her to say, "Ready, corporal" before allegedly assaulting her.
Major Gabrielle McAvock, prosecuting, told the hearing corporals Craig Smith, 29, and Solomon McWilliams, 27, were training the recruits at an Army Training College in Winchester, Hampshire, last July.
They had all been drinking in the NAAFI bar where the corporals told the women they wanted them to parade in their nighties for a joke to show senior officers how well trained the recruits were.
They said two would be selected to enter their room and say: "Ready, corporal."
But as the women paraded in front of the corporals' bedroom window, only one was chosen and, reluctantly, she went to their room.
Major McAvock said: "Corporal McWilliams started kissing her neck while Corporal Smith closed the door.
"She asked them what they were doing and kept asking them to stop."
She said the private was indecently assaulted before she managed to break free. The victim later collapsed.
Major McAvock added: "These two corporals abused their position as instructors of young female recruits."
The men, of the 2nd Battalion Light Infantry, admit the practical joke but deny any indecent assault. The hearing, at Bulford Army Camp, Wiltshire, continues.
