Corp. renews HQ lease.

Transervice Lease Corp., the transportation, freight and logistics services company, renewed its lease for 7,700 s/f of office space for its headquarters in Lake Success, NY.

The company, which serves major national fleet accounts, such as Walgreen's, the New York Times and Kroger, in the highly specialized areas of contract trucking, full-service leasing and contract maintenance, signed a long-term lease renewal for the space it has long occupied at 5 Dakota Dr.

Jeffrey Nemshin, a principal of Paragon Group LLC, represented Transervice in lease negotiations with the building's landlord, Jericho, NY-based We're Group.
