Corcoran Group retained by bankruptcy court.

The Corcoran Group has been retained by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to handle the sale of a 36,000-square-foot property at 168170 West 79th Street in Manhattan owned by The Fleming School. The property was purchased by the school in 1989 for $5.8 million and renovated at a cost of $4 million. The Minimum Bid is $4.5 million and the Sealed Bid deadline is October 16, 1992. The property, located in both RIO-A and R8-B zones, is most suitable for use as a school or non-profit institution and is prime for residential development.
