Copthorne strengthens corporate sales team.

The Copthorne Hotel Newcastle has strengthened its corporate sales team with two new additions following continued growth and an increase in business clients.

With over seven years experience working in the hotel and leisure industry, Nola Collinson has been appointed as Director of Sales after being headhunted from a 4-star hotel chain.

Nola, 26, from North Shields, will head a sales team who will deal with North East-based corporate clients requiring conference and banqueting, private dining, and accommodation facilities.

Likewise, Helen Philpot has been appointed as Sales Co-ordinator to support the sales team and to identify new and potential corporate leads for business.

With a BSC (hons) in international hospitality and tourism management, and a MA in tourism management, Helen, 24, from Sedgefield, has a wealth of experience including working at one of London and Singapore's 5-star hotels.
