Copper pipe dream real for Patrick.

Byline: DAVID HOLMES

AFORMER Frodsham plumber has launched a new business creating bespoke pieces of furniture from the copper pipes he came into contact with every day.

Patrick Garner, 27, launched PYPE after he formulated the initial idea two years ago while undergoing plumbing jobs across the North West.

He realised that, although copper pipes are present in many homes, they are often hidden away, meaning that many people don't get to appreciate their beauty.

Products available from PYPE include side tables, vinyl towers, guitar stands, toilet roll holders, shoe racks and magazine racks.

In addition, Patrick is open to consulting customers to build bespoke furniture for any space that needs bringing to life.

He said: "Copper pipes look great in the home. For years whilst plumbing I thought it was a massive shame that plumbers were the only ones actually seeing them.

"The products at PYPE are designed and created completely by hand and only using copper piping.

"The pieces I've created could fit well in the home or in the office and add that something special to the space they sit in."

Patrick is also open to being stocked in relevant shops across Chester and surrounding areas.
