Copenhagen, Denmark.

FOOLS25: Peter Brook will also be making a stop at Fools25, the Copenhagen International Theatre's 25th-anniversary program. Here the British director with the French address will direct Ta Main dans la Mienne, which dissects the relationship of Chekhov and Stanislavsky. Catabile2 and Trio Contraste's Seven Beauties, to be staged in a huge abandoned rail station, summons up the myths and cultures of the Persian classic Haft Paykar. Station House Opera's Roadmetal, Sweetbread is an introduction to the U.K. company's playground, combining Pythonesque humor, Dada, Magritte and video art. Another busy festival-hopper, La Fura dels Baus, will celebrate its own 25th anniversary with the premiere of Obit. (THRU AUG 21; 45.3315.1564; www.kit.dk)
