Coors Brewing signs deal with Miramax.

The next time you see Gwyneth Paltrow on the movie screen, there might be a Coors in her hand. A deal between Coors Brewing Co. and Miramax Films could place Coors products in 15 films over the next three years. Directors will be able to show actors drinking a beer, Coors spokeswoman Hilary Martin said.

Coors will be the official sponsor of Miramax premieres in the U.S., helping to pay for the events and getting logo placement in the background.

The deal will allow placement of Coors products in at least five Miramax films a year, to the exclusion of the brewery's rivals.
