Cooper Square team's record response.

Cooper Square Project Management, Inc., subsidiary of Cooper Square Realty, restored at a record pace the top floors of 38-50 West 9th Street, a landmark building, following a devastating fire. Immediately following the damage, the project management team worked swiftly to temporarily relocate the residents as emergency repair work began.

The Project Management team immediately secured almost 70% of the claim from the insurance company so work could move forward quickly. Within a year this historic Manhattan landmark was restored.
