Cool Bally's Dutch of class for Judy; UPDATE.

ELENA BALTACHA kept her cool to help GB come from behind to beat Holland 2-1 at the Fed Cup qualifiers in Eilat, Israel last night.

Anne Keothavong lost the opening rubber before the Scot came to the rescue, defeating Michaela Krajicek 6-3 6-3. Laura Robson and Heather Watson then won the doubles to keep Judy Murray's team on course for April's World Group play-offs.

? Jamie Murray and Aussie Paul Hanley beat French duo Fabrice Martin and Kenny de Schepper 7-6 (8-6) 6-2 to reach the semifinals of the South of France Open in Montpellier.

But top seeds Colin Fleming of Linlithgow and Ross Hutchins lost 7-5 7-5 to unseeded French duo Nicolas Mahut and Edouard Roger-Vasselin.

CRICKET: Scotland could be granted full member status of the ICC by July 2013 if radical new proposals are accepted by the game's governing body.

The Woolf Report has recommended promoting two associate countries to join the 10 elite nations and end cricket's "closed shop".

The report also suggests that major ICC competitions like the World Cup and T20 World Cup should be made more accessible to the smaller nations.
