Continuous curing systems.

For a continuous curing concept, different types of energy sources (infrared power, hot air, microwave power) are needed. The company's machine concept is module-based, so the firm can arrange the energy source up to the needs of the customer product. The company's machinery is said to provide good product quality and high production speed; environmental friendliness because of its integrated air cleaning device; lower operating cost because of an optimized energy concept; easy handling; and machines are designed for a long lifetime (made in Germany). Different machines produced by the company include infrared preshocks or prestocking units for good surface quality (infrared is used to freeze the outer shape and is necessary for a stable process); hot air shock channel with high air speed and high velocity to reach a high production speed; hot air channels as single or combined with microwave sections; microwave channel to cure the profile from the inner side (often used for automotive profiles and also for big products); water cooling channels; and caterpillars with different options like pulling force control.
