Continental Airlines.

In the 2005 edition of the Zagat survey, Continental Airlines was named the best U.S. airline, surpassing American Airlines, United Airlines, Northwest Airlines. Delta Air Lines and US Airways. Considered "the best company for many frequent travelers and for international flights," Continental is the sixth largest airline in the world, offering more than 3,000 departure locations in America, Europe and Asia. With more than 41,000 employees and hubs of operation in Newark, Houston, Cleveland and Guam, 60 million passengers are successfully transported yearly. In order to attain Zagat's honor, airlines are judged in four main categories: comfort level, customer service, in-flight meals and the company's web page.
