Freedman and Bradt, consulting organizational psychologists, bring together 18 writings by Harry Levinson that reflect his thinking on different issues important to the field. Aimed at consulting psychologists but also of interest to managers and leaders of organizations, the articles cover organizational diagnosis, leadership, consultation, and stress, and were published between 1964 and 2002. Included is a prologue by Levinson tracing his career and training, as well as an introduction by him. Levinson, who is retired from The Levinson Institute and as a psychologist at Harvard Medical School, has consulted with organizations in the US and abroad.
