Consulting firm pre-leases at Commercenter/Totowa's.

Woodward Clyde Consultants has pre-leased 13,860-square-feet at Commercenter/Totowa's seventh building to be completed in January 1993, announced Jeffrey Kessel, partner of George Kessel Associates.

Based in Bergenfield, New Jersey, Kessel is the owner and developer of the 47-acre high-tech industrial/office complex located on Riverview Drive in Totowa, New Jersey. Kenneth Merin of Kenneth Merin Associates, Parsippany, New Jersey, served as broker for the transaction.

Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, the New York Metropolitan Laboratory of Woodward Clyde Consultants will relocate to 45 Commerce Way in March 1993 from

a Clifton, New Jersey, location. The firm is comprised of consulting engineers, geologists and environmental Scientists.
