Consultants check in at five national hotels.
FelCor identified these hotels for sale in late 2003. The hotels include The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Hartford, Connecticut (350 rooms) and The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Secaucus, New Jersey (304 rooms).
The Plasencia Group will market the assets as single-sale transactions, however, a portfolio sale will be considered. The hotels can be acquired free of management and franchise encumbrances.
Lou Plasencia, CEO of The Plasencia Group said, "This group of assets also offers upside potential here for the entrepreneurial investor.
"These hotels will clearly be viewed by qualified investors as very economical repositioning opportunities."
