Construction complete in NJ on new Metro Park office bldg

Exterior construction has been completed on Metroview, a new 195,000 square foot office building in the Metro Park corporate campus, announced Thomas V. Bermingham, senior vice president of Chubb Realty, Inc., the property's New York-based developer.

The four-story office building's brick and granite exterior has been designed to complement the J.M. Huber Corporation headquarters building located on an adjoining site.

"Metroview has been conceived and developed for tenants who want a first-class corporate address in one of central New Jersey's pre-eminent locations," said Bermingham.

The property is located just one mile north of the intersection of the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway and is just minutes from the Metro Park railroad station, a hub for New Jersey Turnpike and Amtrak service.

This makes Metroview convenient by train or car to New York City, Philadelphia and most locations within New Jersey.

In addition to a central location, Metroview also affords tenants a host of amenities, including sheltered parking for more than 651 cars -- one of the largest enclosed parking facilities in Metro Park -- a rotunda atrium lobby, and sophisticated energy management system.

Floorplates within Metroview are approximately 48,000 square feet. "The Metro Park sub-market continues to attract new tenants, despite the weak local economy," said Bermingham. "We believe that Metroview is the best product within this marketplace, and will be a compelling location alternative for tenants seeking quality space."
