Constitutional Petition No: D2979/2019, filed by Ex Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Afzal Haque, against his dismissal by the Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology has been disposed off as withdrawn before the Division Bench, High Court of Sindh.
