Consolo & Aquino land Golden Mile exclusive.
Situated between 73rd and 74th Streets, at the former site of Marina Vance and just above Adrien Linford, a retailer the leasing duo brought to the address several years ago, the nearly 1,200-square-foot space features 20 feet of street frontage along Madison Avenue's coveted "Golden Mile" shopping district.
"This portion of Madison Avenue is the epitome of luxury and glamour," says Ms. Consolo. "It is located near the Whitney Museum, as well as a roster of only the most spectacular retailers. Neighbors include Sharper Image, which we brought to a space just across the street, as well as the creme de la creme of the fashion design world such as Michael Kors and Carolina Herrera."
According to Mr. Aquino, "This highly visible space would be ideal for a beauty and day spa or even a luxury fashion clothing or accessories retailer."
As a leasing team, Ms. Consolo and Mr. Aquino have brought some of retail's finest names to Madison Avenue, including Judith Leiber, for whom the pair secured a flagship Golden Mile location, and Fresh, which the two brought back to Madison Avenue just last year. Most recently, the team secured a Madison Avenue address for chic handmade jewelry designer K.C. Thompson.
Other nearby retailers Ms. Consolo and Mr. Aquino introduced to the Golden Mile include Flora & Henri, Christian Louboutin, Calypso, Michael Ashton and Galo.
"Bang & Olufsen, Polo Sport Ralph Lauren, Mallet of London, Bond No. 9 and Ralph Lauren Polo are also within just steps of this tony retail address," concludes Mr. Aquino.
