Connected World Forum Award Finalists Announced.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- du Emirates, Etihad Etisalat, Citibank, Barclays and Safaricom are just some of the pioneering names in mobile money and mobile health that are among the finalists for the third annual Connected World Forum Awards that will be announced at the upcoming event in Dubai in November. More than 1000 industry industry experts and speakers as well as 70 global technology providers will gather for the annual global forum from 20-21 November. For the first time since the inception of the awards, voting is taking place online for these coveted awards for the industry's most successful companies and projects.

Celebrating the very best in mobile lifeline services

"This is the third year that we are celebrating the success of mobile money and mobile health and related technologies and the impact that it is having on the lives of end users around the world," says Stuart Baker, Connected World Forum's programme director. There are overall awards for best mobile VAS services (value add services) - covering health, money, education, agriculture, entertainment - as well as individual awards for mobile money and mobile health services.
