Connect in deal for gym's new website.
DIGITAL media and PR agency Connect has won the brief to create an online platform for budget gym chain Xercise4Less.
The win will see Connect design and build an online personal trainer platform with the main aim being to match online to offline sales growth.
The Leeds-based gym group currently operates sites in Brierley Hill and Wolverhampton and is due to launch new outlets in Birmingham and Smethwick soon.
Wolverhampton-base Connect said it was aiming to showcase Xercise4Less' offer via its website in order to convert browsers into new members.
It researched consumer behaviour and analysed the search patterns of visitors arriving at the site which will allow the agency to create content tailored to a user's goals such as exercise tips, programmes and case studies.
Connect said it wanted to focus on creating a user journey on the website which built a compelling case for signing up.
Client partner Jose Espinosa said: "Connect has built a reputation on helping all types of brands to boost online customer engagement and sales through the creation of immersive connections.
"While the fitness sector has been a new challenge for our team, we are passionate about innovation and trying new things, making us the perfect partners for X4L."
