This is a market of intellectual services Spent open tender procedure following the provisions of Articles 26, 40 III 2 and 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code call. It is not allotted a market split in slices (a firm order and two tranches) and partly order. The market is global price and partly price. It has a maximum ceiling of 3 500 households. This contract involves the construction of a national survey on pesticide use in metropolitan France, excluding Corsica (firm phase), Guadeloupe / Martinique (conditional phase 1) and / or Meeting (conditional phase 2)Each slice is divided into three phases - Preparatory and pilot survey- Field survey,- Organization, processing information and indicators to monitor and survey results. This contract is entered into on the date of notification for a period corresponding to the period of execution of the firm order or conditional phases described in the CCTP. The expected duration is 15 months.
