Concert in Savona marks 25 years of Macedonia's independence.

The Sistine Chapel in Savona, as part of the International Music Festival of Savona, a concert was staged on 4 June marking the 25th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Macedonia. On 9 June, the concert was restaged in Trieste, in the Bobi Balzen hall at Carlo Schmidl Theatrical Museum in Palazzo Gopcevich. Italian musicians and singers performed the piece "Seven Songs of Light and Dust", composed by Italian composer Angelo Inglese based on Nikola Madzirov's poetry. The concerts were supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Macedonia, within the National Program for International Cooperation 2016. Blagoja Nacoski, as Ambassador of Culture of the Republic of Macedonia to the Italian Republic, was the initiator, promoter and co-organizer of these events.
