Complete lines of modular CMM fixturing are for holding parts during inspection.

Complete lines of modular CMM fixturing are for holding parts during inspection. Within this system are offered fixture plates, fixture towers, a wide selection of standoffs and pin rest pads, magnetic rest pads, and soft touch clamps. Hard coat, black anodized aluminum CMM fixture plates have 1/4 to 20 tapped holes on 1/2" centers and are alpha numerically labeled for documenting fixture setups. Standard fixture plate sizes start at 12"x12" and go up to 28"x40" to cover most CMM measuring ranges. 1/2", 3/4", and 1" diameter standoffs come in 1/2", 3/4", 1", 2", and 3" height increments to allow quality managers to build repeatable part fixtures that offer optimal part access for measurement with a CMM. After a part has been located and positioned, soft touch clamps provide the ideal light clamping force for holding parts in position under touch probing. TECO, www.rsleads.com/707tp-170
