Restaurant staff are slower and forgetful, pharmacy staff are rude and indifferent.
Granted that sales are slow these days due to the global recession. However, if staff of restaurants and shops neglect customer service, they will drive their consumers away to competing outlets.
This is the time to render top-class service, so as to retain existing clientele and attract new buyers!
