In these proceedings of a regular international conference put on by the Food and Agriculture and World Health Organizations (FAO/WHO), data is presented on seven different food additives and a large number of new flavoring agents. Spectra of these agents also appear on thirty-three pages, but may require a magnifying glass to fully evaluate. The table of contents lists the new additives and there is a list in the back of the new flavorings and the respective numbers to use for finding them in the book.
