Company Watch - Embraer.
Republic subsidiary Chautauqua Airlines will have 15 Embraer ERJ-135s dropped by Delta beginning in September 2008 at the rate of two aircraft per month. The reimbursement rate on Chautauqua's 24 ERJ-145s and Republic subsidiary Shuttle America's 16 E-170s will be reduced by 3%. In return, Delta will surrender 100% of its warrants on an estimated 3.4 million shares of Republic Airways common stock and grant an unsecured claim to Republic for $91 million in DL's bankruptcy case.
